I experienced an incredibly warm greeting at check-in, and the staff, especially Jennifer Boucher, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The cleanliness of my room was outstanding, and I enjoyed two delicious meals at Bar Boulud. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep.
