It was very clean and had a lovely, modern bathroom. The lounge area was inviting, with fresh milk provided in the fridge, which I appreciated. The location is fantastic, with beautiful Kingsand and Cawsand within walking distance, making it easy to explore nearby beaches and attractions. All of this for a reasonable rate of £60 per night.
