the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the facilities stood out, and the breakfast offerings were delicious and varied. I particularly enjoyed the infinity pool, which provided stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The shuttle service was excellent, allowing easy access to nearby attractions.

The hotel facilities, particularly the gym, were impressive, and we loved the feeling of seclusion up on the hill, about a 20-minute drive from the bustling Chaweng beach. The friendly staff were eager to assist, which added to our overall positive experience.
