The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking multiple languages. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet alley but still close to transportation and local restaurants. Our room was clean and traditional, featuring tatami mats and futon beds. The Japanese breakfast was delicious, the best we've had so far.
