Cleanliness: The room was spotless and well-maintained. Hotel facilities: The separate entrance for each room provided privacy and convenience. Location: The peaceful neighborhood and the unexpected and lovely garden out the back of the guesthouse added to the overall charm. Breakfast: The breakfast was tasty and the quality of the bacon was exceptional. Staff: The hosts were friendly and provided helpful insider information about things to do in and around the city.

The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to multiple train stations, including Penge East Station. Transportation was extremely convenient, as the hotel is located near a train line.
