The hotel is in a great spot, close to Queen St mall, across from Roma St Parklands, and near the Brisbane Private Hospital for my husband's surgery and overnight stay. The staff were accommodating and ensured we had the highest floor possible with a nice view and a bath.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The recently renovated property was spotless, with great pool areas and plenty of seating options. The friendly staff, especially the morning coffee cart lady, made us feel welcome. Our spacious, clean room exceeded our expectations, and the varied and delicious room service menu was a pleasant surprise. the location close to cafes and restaurants made dining options convenient.
