The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the lovely lady during breakfast. The hotel was very clean and modern, with spacious family rooms. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Tate and Tower Bridge. Transportation was very accessible, with tube stops nearby. The breakfast selection was decent, although the variety of bread and spreads could be improved.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and at ease throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the city and was within easy walking distance of many iconic London sites. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a great variety of options.

The location was ideal, with easy access to the tube, and just a short walk to famous attractions like the bridge and the market. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was immaculate, with high-quality finishes and a comfortable, spacious bed. We also enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee, as well as the daily cleaning service and fresh towels. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
