I was genuinely impressed by the stunning location of the hotel, surrounded by lush greenery and old trees, which made for lovely walks to the famous West Lakes nearby. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff were friendly, speaking fluent English and providing delightful complimentary desserts. While the swimming pool was closed during my visit, the spacious windows in my room still allowed me to enjoy the beautiful views.
