We were blown away by the excellent standard of this hotel. The staff were incredibly generous and thoughtful, surprising us with a delicious piece of cake and a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday. The Royal Suite we stayed in was perfect in every way, exceeding our expectations.

The staff were wonderful and greeted us warmly upon our early arrival. The upgraded suite we were given was absolutely amazing - spotless, stunning decor, and even complimentary fruit and fizz. The executive lounge was a delightful experience, with complementary drinks and canapes. The beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast before checking out. The location of the hotel was superb, providing an oasis of calm in the bustling city.

The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and a classy foyer. The hotel facilities were great, especially the chic and cosy bar which was perfect for a nightcap. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were understanding and accommodating when I encountered an unforeseen situation. The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to Oxford Street, Edgware Road, Hyde Park, and other attractions. The transportation options were convenient, making it easy to explore this city. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff ensured that I had a great dining experience in Hankies restaurant.
