The staff were incredibly welcoming, providing a thoughtful welcome pack with essentials like milk, tea, and even Welsh cakes, which made me feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable, and I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen that allowed me to prepare my own meals effortlessly.
