I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home throughout my entire stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with separate shower and bathtub. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a spa and wellness center that had long opening hours and a reasonable price for a perfect massage. The pool was warm and equipped with water jets, and there was also a sauna and steam room. The breakfast had a wide selection of dishes, and the staff were attentive in keeping the area clean and refilling the fresh food. The location of the hotel was quiet and away from the crowded and noisy city center, but still close to the airport and a shopping center. The hotel also provided transportation services, such as taxis, and there was tram access to/from the city center. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and convenience.

Cleanliness was impeccable, with spacious rooms and a large bathroom. Hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spa with dedicated times for women and free use of the sauna. Parking was convenient, with secure camera-monitored spaces right next to the main entrance. Transportation was easily accessible, with helpful staff providing advice on public transport options. Location near the river and close to the city center offered beautiful views and easy access to attractions. Breakfast was delicious and provided good value for money. Staff, especially Mr. Admir in the restaurant and the gentleman at reception, were extremely kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, providing us with a free ride to the train station and packing a delicious "lunchbox" for our early departure. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a jacuzzi that added a nice touch. The hotel's location was great, not too far from the center and with easy access to transportation. The breakfast was tasty and had everything we needed. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation options, and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.
