The staff were friendly and efficient, plus the location was ideal, being just a short walk to the nearby tube station, which made transportation a breeze. I also appreciated the proximity to local shops and restaurants; everything I needed was within easy reach.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as the location was perfect, just a short walk to the Queensway tube station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes. The staff, especially Yahya at reception, were incredibly accommodating and offered great local recommendations. Our room was spotless and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a smart TV that allowed us to stream our favorite shows.
