I had an unforgettable experience at the hotel, primarily due to its stunning location directly facing the Caldera, which truly offers the best views in the area. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and outstanding dining options throughout my stay. With its well-maintained facilities and beautiful pool area, the overall atmosphere was both luxurious and relaxing.
