The hotel's location, close to a metro station and within reach of Frankfurt Messe, is ideal for first-time tourists. Hotel facilities include free outside parking and underground parking for a fee. The staff, especially the Front Office Agents, were polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast was consistently excellent.
