I had a great experience at the hotel with its fantastic location; I loved that I could access a shopping center directly from the lobby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering me a drink while I waited for my room. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, which I really appreciated, and getting around the city was a breeze thanks to the nearby tram station.
