I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, tucked away yet accessible. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Breakfast was fantastic—delicious and plentiful. The charming lounge area with a crackling fireplace added to the overall cozy atmosphere.

The breakfast was a delightful spread of continental options, giving me plenty to choose from each morning. I also appreciated the location, as it was just a lovely short walk to the nearby Five Rise Locks, where I had a lovely lunch by the canal while watching the barges drifting by in the serene gardens.

We were impressed by the hotel’s cleanliness and charming atmosphere, especially in the bar area with comfy chairs in front of a beautiful large fireplace. The staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Its location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center for dining and shopping, making our experience even better.

I had a lovely experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The parking facilities were a pleasant surprise, allowing for easy access. The entire ambiance of the place, set in a beautiful gothic building with rich history, provided a perfect oasis of joy, especially with the proximity to Saltaire and Haworth.
