I loved staying at this hotel because the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The onsen facilities were amazing, and I enjoyed soaking under the stars, particularly with the breathtaking mountain views around me. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the proximity to the bus station made it easy to explore the area. It was also a delightful 20-minute walk to the Hirayu Otaki waterfall, which was stunning, especially with the autumn colors surrounding the hills.
