We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect for exploring, with major attractions just a short walk away, including Union Square and Chinatown. We appreciated the cleanliness and organization throughout, and the breakfast was delightful, especially the pancakes. The easy access to public transportation, including the cable car right outside, was a substantial convenience.
