We loved the friendly staff and their warm welcome. The location was fantastic, right by the Westfield shopping centre and a bus stop outside. Our room was spotless and had comfortable beds. Housekeeping was a nice surprise.

The location was fantastic, right by two tube stations and close to many restaurants and pubs. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable experience. Plus, it offered great access to the nearby shopping center, which was a big plus for us.
