The staff surprised us with a lovely gesture for our silver wedding anniversary, showcasing their exceptional service. Our room was pristine and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast options were delightful, ensuring we started each day on a wonderful note.

I loved the location of the hotel, as it was just around the corner from the Duomo and a short 10-minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, featuring a fantastic balcony with a direct view of the Cathedral dome. The staff, especially Samuela, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast offered a delicious buffet across the street, making mornings delightful.
