I had a fantastic experience at the hotel; the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth getting, and the facilities, including the spa and pool, were top-notch. I enjoyed the peaceful location, which made getting around easy with Grab, and the views from the rooftop bar were breathtaking.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me with everything from dining recommendations to my Ha Long Bay tour arrangements. The hotel facilities were also impressive, particularly the expansive gym and the rooftop bar, where I loved unwinding at sunset.
