We loved the stunning drive to the hotel. The historic building is beautifully restored and set in a peaceful location. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed excellent meals in the restaurant and appreciated the variety of local activities, including wine tours and scenic walks. The spa facilities were a great bonus.
