The hotel staff, from Lydia and her wonderful staff at The Meritus Club to the very nice ambiance music, were extremely friendly and attentive. They accommodated our requests and made our stay enjoyable and special. The room was spacious and well-organized, with a comfortable king-size bed and a surprising bathtub in the bathroom. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to office, shopping, and recreation areas, as well as museums and eating places. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the food at the bar was better than the breakfast buffet. The swimming pool was not crowded, and the depth was suitable, especially for families with young kids. The daybed in the Lifestyle room provided a fantastic area to relax and was very Instagrammable.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with smiles and provided excellent service. They even carried my baggage up to my room for me, allowing me to walk freely. The reception staff, especially Nadia, went above and beyond to make my stay special, wishing my girlfriend a happy birthday and even upgrading our room. The view from the signature room overlooking Marina Bay was breathtaking. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and plenty of good channels on the TV. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to the Marina Square shopping mall and the City Link underground, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel had a very strategic location, being centrally located in the Marina Bay area. It was surrounded by three shopping centers and had direct access to the Marina Square Mall. The MRT station was conveniently just a step away. We loved the hotel's concept and interior, which incorporated green and nature elements. The implementation of the concept was excellent, and we were greeted by the delightful sound of real birds chirping when we arrived. Our room was upgraded to the highest floor with a stunning view of the Marina Bay Sands and the sea from our balcony. Although not spacious, the room was very comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and attentive to our needs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the Museum of Singapore and Gardens by the Bay just a short walk away. The hotel is conveniently connected to a metro station and a shopping centre, making it easy to explore the city without battling the heat or rain. There are also plenty of eateries in the area. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were impeccable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
