I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel’s cleanliness and attention to detail, as everything was spotless and beautifully decorated with traditional Italian furniture. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and making me feel welcomed. The location was convenient, being close to the train station for easy trips to Lucca, Florence, and Pisa, while also offering a peaceful atmosphere where I could relax by the lovely pool after a day of exploration.
