The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Theo, who helped us at all hours. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and it was brought to our room whenever we wanted. The view from our private area was stunning, overlooking the sea and caldera bay. Everything was immaculate and well-maintained, making our experience so enjoyable.
