We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always had smiles on their faces. The check-in process was smooth, and we even received a free lunch and room upgrade. The variety of food available throughout the day was plentiful, with lots of fruits and desserts. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a massive aqua park with working slides and no long queues. The kids animation team kept our children entertained with activities and nightly shows. The shuttle service to the city center was convenient, and the pool bars were always open. it was the perfect hotel for a family holiday.

The food was delicious with a wide variety of cuisines available in the buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cocktails at the bars were excellent. The hotel had several swimming pools in a well-maintained garden, and the aquapark must be fantastic in the summer. The room was comfortable and super clean, and the animation team, especially Oussama, were great. The reception team were helpful and made me feel at ease. my stay exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return with my family.

The hotel had a fantastic water park with slides for all ages. The staff, especially Ilham at reception, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was varied and delicious. The hotel also had plenty of games and activities to keep the kids entertained.
