We loved the hotel's fantastic location, just across the street from the arena where the Penguins play. The cleanliness and well-appointed rooms made our stay very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which added to our positive experience. The bar offered delicious snacks, perfect for pre-gaming.

I had a great experience at this hotel, especially considering its outstanding location right across from PPG Arena, which made it incredibly convenient for attending events. The staff were exceptionally courteous, going out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed and taken care of.

It was spotless and well-kept. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful throughout our visit. We enjoyed the convenient location, close to amazing restaurants and attractions. The room was comfortable with a large television and strong water pressure in the shower.
