the cleanliness of our room and bathroom was impressive, and we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our experience even better. having a private bathroom was a definite plus.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff who made me feel welcome right from the start. the location was superb, with easy access to the underground and close proximity to Victoria Park, perfect for my festival visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the immaculate cleanliness of my room, including a beautifully decorated external bathroom solely for my use, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Nazar, who helped with my luggage and arranged taxis. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the tube and shops nearby. the Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was perfect for attending my conference.
