The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the welcoming and attentive staff, the fantastic location right next to the train station, and the mix of modern decor and Edwardian features in the spa area. I also appreciated the little touches like the tuck box and regular replenishment of fresh milk in the fridge, as well as the Elemis toiletries provided. Additionally, being able to leave our bags at the hotel while we did some last-minute shopping was convenient, and the complimentary bottles of water for our journey home were a nice gesture. I'm already planning my next visit in the summer.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The hotel's beautiful decor and grand feel exceeded our expectations. The staff were faultless, always attentive and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, were excellent. The location near the centre of this city was perfect, especially for those traveling by train.
