We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows made our stay very pleasant. The location is ideal, just a short walk to transportation and surrounded by numerous restaurants. The friendly and efficient staff provided great service, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.

I enjoyed the fabulous breakfast spread, the lovely swimming pool for a relaxing cooldown, and the spectacular views of the city from the top-floor restaurants. The hotel staff, including Glorie, Christina, and Krystal, were incredibly helpful, especially the English-speaking concierge who went above and beyond. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel's location close to great restaurants and not too far from local hangouts like The Bund and the French concession made exploring this city a breeze.
