The premium room with a river view gave us stunning views of the Thames and the concert venue. The staff had set up a beautiful surprise with rose petals and towel swans on the bed. The rooms were quiet, clean, and had comfortable beds. The hotel bar was a nice place to relax, and the breakfast pots and hot breakfast were delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location was perfect, especially for attending a concert at the O2. The hotel had clean facilities and convenient parking options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering refreshing fruit-infused water and even driving my car to the car park. The complimentary breakfast had a lovely selection of food and the view of the river Thames was an added bonus. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom stocked with quality toiletries. the hotel provided exceptional customer service and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The receptionist, Lori, went above and beyond to make my experience special. She arranged for me to check in early and even organized a birthday cake and card to be delivered to my room. The room itself was amazing, with a breathtaking view. The hotel was clean and smelled amazing throughout. The furnishings in the room were nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also great. The staff were excellent and friendly, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious choices. The location of the hotel was perfect, only a 5-minute stroll to Canary Wharf and the tube station.

The staff were extremely attentive and the reception area had a photo booth and sweet stool to keep you occupied. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a great selection available.
