I was surprised to see that they provided a garage remote controller, which made parking a breeze. The hotel facilities, particularly the fitness center and spa, were exceptional, and I appreciated the convenient location near the AlSaif and Alali malls, making exploration effortless. Ms. Varsha and Mohamed Khafagy were incredibly helpful too, resolving an incident for us with a very positive response.

The location is excellent, close to major attractions and the causeway to Saudi Arabia. The sea view from my Premier Double room was beautiful, and the king bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience more pleasant. The cleanliness of the facilities was commendable too.
