Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to transportation and within walking distance to major attractions.

The hotel's location was a nice place to chill, right outside of the glass wall, with several tram routes from the end of the road including direct services to the castle and the main tourist centre area. We enjoyed the very nice breakfast opportunity in the veranda and the friendly staff.
