I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still close to numerous tram stops, making transportation into the city a breeze. Plus, I loved the lounge area and the complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby!
