I had an incredible stay at this hotel, enjoying its prime location right across from the river, which provided stunning views and easy access to various attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in a breeze. the hotel offered a delightful lounge, which had complimentary coffee and snacks available 24/7—this was a fantastic perk that added to the overall experience.

The location was unbeatable, being just a short walk from iconic spots like the Magnificent Mile and Millennium Park, along with plenty of options for dining nearby. I had a lovely experience at the hotel, especially because of the friendly staff, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is fantastic, right by the river and close to the Merchandise Mart, which made exploring so convenient. the bed was super comfortable, allowing for a great night’s sleep after a long day.
