I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, where the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. The location just outside the city offers stunning views and great walking paths around Hardcastle Crags, which is a nature lover's paradise. Plus, I appreciated the parking facilities and the lovely outdoor area for relaxation after a day of exploring.
