I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and truly exceptional. They made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The bar and restaurant were lovely, and the food was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, and I particularly loved the perfect room temperatures. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and breakfast were among the best aspects of this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay. Cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel facilities were great, including parking and transportation options. The location was perfect, close to the center of Inverness. We also loved that the hotel was dog-friendly. The staff were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially enjoyed dining at Chez Roux, the restaurant within the hotel, which was exceptional.

Additionally, the hotel had a convenient parking facility, ensuring that we had a hassle-free stay. The location was also perfect, close to the city center and with windows that looked out to a car park. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the variety of amenities provided by the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our visit. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a luxurious room, which had double doors leading to a sun terrace with a hot tub. The room also had great amenities like a fridge, coffee and tea facilities, a Bluetooth speaker, and a shower and bath. The hotel facilities were spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast was lovely, with my husband enjoying a full English breakfast and me opting for toast and croissants. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The hotel also had a decent car park, which was very convenient for us.
