The hotel was incredibly clean, and I appreciated the convenient location, as it was close to everything and made exploring the city a breeze. The underground parking was a nice bonus, and I found the staff to be friendly and attentive, particularly Joette in the lounge, who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
