We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it is close to the city centre and near various restaurants, Primark, Costa, trams. The hotel facilities were great, including a brand new kettle in the room and plenty of hot water. Additionally, the staff were pleasant and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, light, and had a nice view of the street. It was also conveniently located right near the town centre, close to everything including restaurants, Primark, Costa, trams. The staff were friendly and answered all our questions. We felt safe with the security guard on-site, which was especially important for us as young solo travelers. The bed was really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Manchester. The location was superb, right near the centre of the city, making it very convenient for exploring and shopping. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the twin bedroom I booked - it had two double beds and was massive! The hotel facilities were great, and the security staff were extremely helpful, offering to assist us with our bags and ensuring our safety. Additionally, the staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Great location right in the centre, near Piccadilly Gardens and in a nice area. Convenient transportation options nearby. Clean en-suite facilities and well-equipped room for a good price. Friendly staff who provided us with a free upgrade.
