We loved being next to the jungle, close to attractions like the Orangutan Rehab Centre and Sun Bear Centre. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a refreshing pool, delightful grounds to wander around, and a delicious and varied breakfast. Staff were welcoming and friendly, always accommodating our needs promptly.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel's ideal location near the orangutan and Sun bear sanctuaries in the heart of nature. The cleanliness and facilities were adequate, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, and the swimming pool was a refreshing spot after a day of exploring.

The staff warmly welcomed me with refreshing drinks and cold washcloths, a thoughtful touch given the hot weather.
