We loved the incredible view of the lake and distant skyline from our room at night. The staff were exceptionally courteous and surprised us with a birthday cake. The hotel facilities were well-kept, and the cleanliness was impressive. Its location away from the busy area offered a peaceful retreat yet was conveniently close to the Old Quarters, the "Hanoi Hilton" prison, and Ho Chi Minh's resting place.
