I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, as the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The breakfast selection was delicious, and I particularly appreciated the well-maintained facilities, including the relaxing terrace restaurants. the atmosphere created by the staff truly elevated my experience.

Barnabus at reception and Viktor in the Club Lounge went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, while Josephine in the Seven Seas Restaurant and Derrek in Park Place provided outstanding service. The variety of hotel facilities, including several dining options and friendly concierge assistance from Roberts, enriched our experience tremendously.
