We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered diverse options and tasted great. Our room was spacious and clean, providing us with comfort during our stay. The onsen area was a highlight, perfect for relaxation after a day of skiing. We also enjoyed the stunning views from our room.

The clean and spacious rooms provided a great base for skiing. The location is fantastic for winter sports, with easy ski-in and ski-out access. The staff was excellent and super helpful throughout my visit. I also loved the outdoor onsen; it was very relaxing and offered incredible views.
