We loved the hotel's location, as it’s just a short walk across the canal to the Old Town, making it easy to explore. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Tong at the front desk, who made us feel welcome. Plus, the provision of glass bottles and a water cooler was a thoughtful touch that reduced plastic waste.
