We were really impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and the welcoming staff, who always greeted us with smiles. the room facilities included everything we needed, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious à la carte breakfast options. the location was fantastic; being very close to the station made it super easy to explore local attractions and access transportation.

the cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond, exemplified by the kindness of a gentleman who returned our forgotten handbag just as we were beginning to panic. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a generous selection of delicious dishes that we absolutely recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, as it was incredibly clean and well-maintained, reflecting the images online perfectly. the location was unbeatable, located just a minute away from Sloane Square tube station, making it easy to access all the city attractions. the amenities, including the stylish bathroom with Molton Brown toiletries, contributed to a comfortable experience, and the on-site cafe was delightful.
