I loved the location of the hotel. It’s right in the heart of the city, just off Oxford Street. I could walk to many attractions and there were shops nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, as the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is superb, being in the city center and close to many attractions. The cleanliness throughout the facilities impressed me, and the complimentary breakfast offered a delightful range of options, from croissants to cereals.

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel, which is perfectly situated near countless attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The staff, particularly in the bar, were friendly and accommodating, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spotless cleanliness throughout our stay. The thoughtful addition of sound insulation meant we enjoyed a peaceful night’s sleep despite its vibrant atmosphere.

I was really impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, as everything from the bathrooms to the common areas was spotless. The location is unbeatable, right next to Oxford Street and within easy reach of the underground station, which conveniently connects you to various tourist attractions and even leads straight to the airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, enhancing the overall welcoming atmosphere, and the lounge area was a perfect spot to relax, with plenty of comfortable seating.
