I loved the location of the hotel. It’s just a short walk from major attractions like Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. I also appreciated the air conditioning on a hot day and the breakfast was tasty enough to start the day.
