- Particularly good central location few metres away from Chiesa del Sacro Cuore di Gesu.
- Brand-new rooms with delightful decor and marble bathrooms.
- Many rooms have at least nice views.
- Excellent national menu in the good restaurant.
- Modern lobby bar.
- Excellent service and great facilities.
- Good prices for the area.
- A few past guests were dissatisfied with a bit hard beds.

The personnel were fantastic, making me feel welcome and providing excellent service. The hotel's location was very convenient, right across from the train station and a short walk into the center. The breakfast had a great variety of choices and the staff were helpful.
