I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, especially with its prime location right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the incredible shops and restaurants. The staff was consistently friendly and went above and beyond, like when they stored my bags before check-in. The room was spotless, and I loved the little touches, such as the complimentary toiletries and the stunning views from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
