The location was perfect, with stunning sea views and only a five-minute stroll to the pier. The staff were exceptionally friendly, often greeting us by name and ensuring we had everything we needed, including well-stocked tea cups and excellent bathroom amenities. It was also conveniently situated near popular attractions like the Royal Pavilion and bustling shopping areas.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, with the cleanliness being top-notch—room and facilities were spotless. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always ready with a smile and eager to help. Its location was perfect; I was just a short walk from the vibrant promenade and the pier, as well as a variety of excellent restaurants that made dining out enjoyable.
